No matter what anyone on this forum says, I know that X was and still is one of the most positive messages on the rap game. His passsionate anger and emotion that he put into all of his music is and was the reason I decided to follow him and his music. It’s truly amazing how big of an impact 1 person can make in a simple 2-3 minute song.

 

Because this is a Rest in Peace thread. Like I mentioned, No one cares about your opinion.

Rereading this annoyed me enough to make this comment.

 

I hated the dude. I don't care that he's dead, any more than I care about the dozens of people who are murdered daily. Oh, I forgot, he also domestically abused his ex. Sorry, you cared about him? Oh, you cared about him because his music impacted you. I suppose that's a good reason to dismiss abuse.

Remember him how you will, I'm glad he's dead.

 

Brave words coming from someone who is usually an ass to everyone else. His ex literally made comments dismissing allegations and claimed she was sorry for his death. He was seriously trying to turn his life around with dozens of donations to charities. Nobody deserves to die, lul

Anyways, she never claimed that XXXTentacion did not attack her. She did not want others speaking for her and seemed to have "forgiven" him? I don't know a better word, but I'm not quite sure how she feels about him. However, that does not make up for his domestic abuse in my opinion. I don't decide whether or not someone deserves to die, but I personally am glad he's dead.
