I bought a new account can I get a rank Transfer& Town? My new account is xxJ3R3MYxx ..... the old 1 was xj3r3myx which I asked for it to be banned... Let me know if you can do it..

This is different, he bought a new account for the name.. I had to buy a new account because mine was hacked & I asked for it to be banned...

Come on guys... This is xj3r3myx, his been on the server for a long while. He donated 320 for his rank, the rank is there, his money is gone, it's the same person, and he has a good reason for his rank transfer. It's not like he did it for the name change, the names not that different (and it's not better either ).

 

Just saying 7ace got a rank transfer not once but twice.

 

Anyone care to help me?.... This is starting to get irritating me, getting close to a month and nothing...

Hopefully someone could help before my Town runs out of money.....

I would suggest contacting Marshallmafers on the forums or SimpleArchitect ingame, as he knows people in high places and might be able to help you get this done.

He may not reply right away, but keep at it, he can certainly help you.

 

To be completely fair, when my account was hacked (before I knew it would be recovered), I had been told no rank transfers regardless of the situation. AS much as I feel for you, it would be inconsistent to give you the rank and not all of the other people who post in this forum.

 

Well, according to MarshallMafers, this is incorrect, as he knows people in high places and got his; I would suggest that if one needs a rank transfer, to contact him as he has had the most progress in this area out of anyone.

Funny thing, Rank transfers happen more often than you'd think. Most notably, 7ace getting his rank transferred to Snorehax when 7ace got banned, and having his rank (now ultimate) transferred back to 7ace after getting that account unbanned.

So if Staff can be inconsistent with 7ace/Snorehax (who was originally banned), why can't Staff be "inconsistent" with xj3r3myx (who hasn't caused any trouble, IIRC)?

[EDIT] I can understand not transferring ranks between accounts simply because one was banned (*cough* 7ace/Snorehax), that's completely fine. Too many alts to allow that. But when someone gets hacked, like in xj3r3myx's case, why can't that account be banned and the ranked moved to a new one?

It almost feels like you're better off breaking the rules, getting punished, and whining to be forgiven, rather than following the rules. This system is screwy as hell.

 

Hi xj3r3myx, have you tried contacting Mojang with your transaction ID? If you do that they will be able to recover and transfer your account ownership back to you.

 

They hacked my email... So there is no way to get my account back...

 

I've dealt with this issue recently myself, I've found that the help phone lines at your email provider are very helpful. Most of the time hackers will not change personal information, i.e. birthday, and email providers use those usually unchanged items as a way to give you access back into the account. Have you tried calling them?
