Congratulations on another shockingly... awful app.

Pizza, you did the same thing again. You came on today, played for a few hours, you were active in shout, and then you applied. This happens every time, and you fail to change it. People always give you ways to improve on your applications, and you never seem to listen to them. You mindlessly apply when you feel like it, and that's not smart. Until you change and prove that you changed, my vote will be at a -1.

Also,

A staff member should never say this on another player's application. It is completely rude and disrespectful, and not setting a good example for the community, which is a staff member's job.

You have a lot to learn, and I hope you acknowledge that.

 

I'm sorry, I can't hold this back.

You're such an idiot when you think that you can get accepted by doing nothing, and as your actions indicate, you are an idiot (this should change before you apply if you do ever again and you probably will). You keep spamming with your applications. Your actions are stupid, you sound like a five year old, and you have no ability to take insults whatsoever. You are also a huge agitator and ask to get roasted whenever you are insulted.

Not to mention you're nowhere close to staff quality. By being annoying, naive, just plain stupid, and you've applied fifty million times in the past and have gotten denied. Why in hell should this one be accepted if none of the other ones were?

If you ever get accepted for Helper I will scream and slam my head into my desk so hard that I either get instant amnesia and forget everything you said in the application, or die from blunt force trauma. Either one is good. -2

You have complained several times that no one wants you as a Helper, but you're not fixing your problems. We're trying to help you here. You have applied several times, and gotten hundreds of critical comments. You are very immature, and you seem to lack a basic understanding of the English language. You won't stop applying and you are learning absolutely nothing from your other four applications. You are an attention seeker. If you want to be a staff member, you need to fix your many issues. Most of the players agree that you're not staff quality, but you can at least try to work on it.

I'll grade your app so I can try to show you what you need to fix. My comments are bold and italicized.

As I have said several times, WORK ON THIS.

Do NOT come back after being inactive for a day or two, THEN apply. You have to be active for a minimum of a few months before you apply.
*looking up at Bob4444444's post* Stay here. For at LEAST a month. You need to learn server commands, and actually interact with the player base!
Be active on forums! And...grammar. ooohhh yesss. At least be someone correct. Capital letters, a few commas, and periods make a HUGE difference about how people see you!
Proofread your app. Several times. Use some punctuation. Don't put in useless fluff. People don't want to sit through useless fluff. Useless fluff is not what makes an application look good. Also: No useless fluff.
Get on TS too! I have never seen you on TS once!
Tl;dr: Be active and proofread.
Hopefully a rainbow comment will catch your eye. You have to improve on what you need to work on before applying.

When you do not know the answer to this question, you are in no shape to be staff. Pizza, you really need to take a few good months to get a knowledge of the server, mature up, improve your English, and get involved before you even think about applying again.
I really hope you consider these tips.

Here's just looking at your recent activity.

Be confident. You are applying because you want staff. If you don't think you are going to get it, you probably won't.

Images inciting death. And gore. Not good. Not mature in the slightest.

You should be able to brush off rudeness like it never happened.

YOU PUT CAPS IN A LOT OF YOUR TITLES! DO YOU SHOUT ALL THE TIME IN REAL LIFE??? THEN YOU DON'T NEED TO SHOUT ALL THE TIME HERE!!!!

When I see you online, you generally are on for 5-10 minutes. All you do is say Hi Meep! Hi 9Insert famour/ranked person here)! I see no helping or real interaction.

There are some more tips. Please listen.

Incorrect grammar? How ironic when you yourself said "strongk" please don't tell me about my grammar issues when your grammar is also lacking.
I would also like to point out it's not a grammatical issue rather a spelling issue...

Staff are expected to be active in chat. Also, you shouldn't have to say this if you are ready for helper.

I really suggest to take the tips people have given you and work on what you need to work on.

Your knowledge of the English language and grammar rules does not make you who you are, it's your personality that does that.

...I'm reading it. And most of us had valid reasons to give you a negative vote.

There's a lot of people we don't think can do it, like Gummi, but you just have to accept it.

There will be people worse, but it is up to the community to decide, and if they decide that you are not staff material, then that is their opinion. Staff and applicants should know that better than anyone. And if the community decides they do not want an occasionally immature and annoying Helper, then that should be ok with the applicant, because the applicant should understand what they are putting themselves forward for, and they must accept the rejection.

You're just hurting your chances even more here. That's really not the best attitude for a staff member. They should care what the community think.

Then talk! Get on, be active, chatty, welcoming, friendly... maybe we would get to know you then.

*snaps fingers* that's the heart of the problem. The person you are, your personality, is something that the community do not believe has the capacity to be a staff member. You just have to accept that.

I'm sorry if this is too blunt. But this is the sort of criticism you must get used to, if you are to be a staff member. You have to understand that if you get staff, people will not leave you alone. And if you don't get staff... accept it. When you post that application, when you press that little 'Create Thread' button, you have to prepare for the eventuality that you may be denied. But remember; we don't hate you. But we all have our own opinion, and we take staff applicants very seriously.

 

honestly, youre immature, i never see you help people, i think you want this a s a title you can show off(i may be wrong but this is what i think) as da_nub_slayer said you brag a lot... part of he reason i think you want it for bragging rights, he shares my veiw on that im sure. and you are immature. give it some time and work on all the tips people give you.(by time a mean a few months... like 4-6 months)

i dont want to make you feel bad, everyone has their moments( even i do, i mess up a lot to). so just give it some time. im sure you will make staff quality if you try to fix the thins we see wrong
