if you can't handle the rudeness, you won't be able to handle staff. All you get when your staff, is people telling you suck, or Why are you even staff, or some other rude comments, Staff get those a lot.

 

pizza, I was going to be a -/+, but with your attitude I see you cannot handle staff. Please learn to take hate, as it will always be there on a staff app. If you can't handle the hate on a staff app, you probably can't handle the hate you would get as a staff app. Please mature up. I often get very annoyed when someone says something bad about me, but I have been dealing with this by just backing off and remembering that if you get mad it can only hurt you further. Maybe you could try that!

Pizza, I see you as a great kid with good intentions, but I feel like you should really earn something before you receive it. For these reasons, I'm going to give you a -1.

I find this very accurate. Some days, I'll see you rarely. But when I most see you is before you post the helper app (like today/yesterday.)



Now, in your "Why you should be helper" section, put what you have done not I will's. We want to see why you deserve helper and not what you will do as helper (Save that in the later stage of the helper process.)

I believe this was mentioned in your previous app as a non-valid weakness. Keep weaknesses something that will distract you from staff, such as maturity/inactivity or such. Pricing is more of a player weakness, not a staff weakness.

Both are important. Teamspeak is more important before you get staff, as there isn't much you can do before getting staff.

-Some other points you make work on is Activity in between helper applications, activity in Shout and Teamspeak and Forums.
-Perhaps try not picking fights with people, or if someone tries to start a fight, simply ignore them. (If people don't see the reaction they like from a fight, they'll usually leave you alone.)
-Work on grammar also, it seems unprofessional when u c a staf membrrr tallkeeng lik dis. Even if it takes a bit longer to type, try correcting your sentences or turn on a spell check filter (type your essay in Google Docs or Microsoft Word, and run spellcheck when you finished)

You copied your last application, which will surely result in an auto-deny, but before they say don't reapply again until 2 weeks, I will save them the effort.

Don't reapply, you are simply not qualified for staff, and you will not be in another two weeks, or two months.

I hate to be that guy, but if someone isn't, this vicious cycle of re-applications will continue.

You're not mature enough, or composed enough to begin staffing, or dealing with their work. You simply don't fit the job, and you never will. Doesn't mean you're a bad person either, you'd just be a horrible staff member. Just find something else you'd be good at, it's not this.

This is the reason you shouldn't reply to your own app. I change my vote to a -5 because of this.

Also can't take criticism. -10. Brutal honesty is expected on staff apps.
By the looks of this app and your responses to the comments, you are completely unqualified for staff and likely won't be for a while.

 

If you cannot handle staff application comments, then you cannot handle the job of being staff in the slightest. You shouldn't be mindlessly applying every 2 weeks. That's not how to get accepted. Get someone to reread your app before you post it. That way your app won't be full of errors. Also, where's you conclusion? By the way, even if Gusta said skype was more important, that doesn't mean you don't go on Teamspeak. You need to work on a lot of stuff. This will most likely be denied due to the fact that you copied this. I strongly recommend waiting a lot more time than 2 weeks for next time you apply, if you really want to be a staff member.

Clearly you read what I said and took the meaning you wanted out of it. I didn't say you were bad at MeepCraft, as a player, I said you are clearly not capable, or suited, for staff. The difference is I am being honest with you, and telling you this, and not simply putting the inevitable truth off for another 2 weeks.

I think if you enjoy playing MeepCraft, then keep playing, if you only enjoy MeepCraft for being staff, maybe you would re-think your position. The point is staff is not to give everyone a turn, but to select people who are above and beyond, and would aid significantly in the operation of this server, and business.

You aren't one of those people, I'm sorry.

 

wow that hurt D: oh well im trying my best ok im sorry but i am i could be one of those people i have been busy lately i have built 3 mob grinders ive been sick not anymore and i'm not social on meep i get on alot you just dont see me i wanted to be one of those helpers ever since i joined meep 2 years ago you dont now how much that hurt its my dream and i guess this dream wont come true it was going smothly until you came i guess im not meant for staff like you said D: ill never try again for another staff app since ill never get it there you happy now D ;

 

Don't try pull the sympathy stunt now, If you were that busy, why would you even apply for staff?

All Deinen done, was gave you some criticism to work with, to help your "Dream" in becoming a helper. You can't post an app, then expect everyone to +1 you.

If you think that you cannot get staff at the moment, and you are not willing to accept criticism, then you shouldn't apply for staff.

 

i finished all of my work and applied i dont expect ppl to +1 me i trust there opinion and if they want to -1 md then they can but deion took it too far obviously i wont ever make staff and thats what all of you are saying i dont deserve it ill never make it well i dont care anymore

He gave you brutally honest, constructive criticism. Which is what you are looking for when you apply for staff. You're supposed to take that post and use that post to prove you you CAN be a good helper, if that is indeed what you want.

Pizza I have a few suggestions for you. You for one need to take the criticism better than you are now. These people are trying to help you and you are taking it as a insult, which isn't the intent. Also next time you apply have a few people read over it I did that with my app and it really helped. They can help point out the grammar and help with word choice. Also be less rude and disrespectful towards other people in shout and on forums. Good luck and apply what these people are saying because it isn't meant to bash you.

And that grammar. -1 that was all 1 sentence. I couldn't handle reading this, because there was no punctuation. Also with that attitude. You defiantly won't get it. Yeah he said you aren't capable of being staff at the moment. But if you can change, and stay that way for long period of time. Then you might be capable. But if you going to have that attitude. Don't bother applying again.

 

What... Just what... people are telling you to work on grammar and spelling, then you reply with even worse grammar. What just what.

And also, you need to take critisism better, these people are telling you suggestions and you're calling them rude? I think you should actually listen to them. I don't think i've seen any +1 in this probably because of the way you act toward people who -1 you. I think if you ever reapply take a few months to do it, actually work on what people tell you because trust me, it will help. Though if you want real advice, listen to the people who have experience being staff. I have no experience what so ever, so I don't know what you should really work on to be staff.
