payed for one rank for me and got charged for two

Hello I just bought a exclusive rank and my screen was froze and clicked the rank i wanted and bought it but then i check my online banking and noticed two charges or 20 $ from meep i was wandering if i could get my refund from one of those donations i only meant to buy one rank only not two exclusives thanks you for your time
