Disable filters like the caps, swearing, and advertising in party chat.
Reasoning -
If you don't want to be in a party full of swearing and spam, don't join it in the first place or just leave it.
If you want to share a video with the entire party, you can't because of the caps filter, this can be very annoying to just /mail it to everyone in the party or to say "just look this up." (And again, if you don't want to be in a party with that leave or don't join it in the first place)
We already let muted people speak in party chats, which can be quite toxic (not pointing any fingers), so why not just let the people have some more flexibility in an area that is closed off so the people can talk how they want to.

Also if they say something offensive in party but accidentally put it in global, the global censoring would work. People wouldn't have to bypass the filter with hyphens
