Content- I would have liked to have seen information about your previous bans. I am somewhat confused with your rank changes thing. A lot of it was good though.
Length- perfect
Grammar/Spelling- I am not a rude or mean person so please use this as tips not insults. For a 14 year old your grammar and spelling are very much lacking. This could be a auto correct issue since the basic thoughts are really good though I doubt it.
Ts:
I can't remember seeing you, and I'm a ts addict.
Forums:
I know you can do better.
Just keep working at getting better as a player and I'm sure that your reputation can change over time.

 

Guys this is what I mean. Yes I may have acted in a bad way in the past, but all I am asking is a chance, I just want to prove to you guys that I AM capable.

You have already proven to us in game that you are not capable of even being mature enough to be a helper.

You do not just get staff to prove that you are worthy of the position. You must prove to us in the game with your actions that you are capable. All you have proven to us is that you are immature and quite rude.

Jojopant's reasoning for '+11111'ing you is very flawed. Him saying that you are very helpful is the opposite of what everyone else is saying.
Also, he said 'at least hes human and alive,' which means nothing. You know who else is human and alive? Everyone else on the server. So how about we give them helper as well.

I'm not trying to beat you down into a hole, it's just that you don't seem to understand what you must do in order to be seen as capable by the community.

If you need to get staff to prove to us that you can be mature, then there's a problem.

You don't become staff and then become mature, you become mature, and then you get staff.
