Just because someone has a ban history doesn't mean they aren't past that phase.
Yet, I still agree he's immature and needs to wait some time.

The application wasn't abysmal, which I like. I personally have little experience with you; however, the experiences I have seen are fairly immature and not quite up to par with the level of maturity that the staff team looks for in a potential candidate. I would suggest waiting 2 weeks (in the event that this is denied) and try again, granted that over those two weeks you work hard to try not to maintain that image of immaturity

@oscar- I get that you want to be thankful but we would prefer it if you only responded every few posts, as responding to every comment involunarily both bumps your application and spams it.

You've a bad tendency to rage and chew out people and on top of that, you drag your brother along with you into these messes which only cause even greater chaos. You're irrational, immature, and simply put - incompetent. You've never shown any interest in the good of the community, nor have you never helped anyone. Not to mention the string of bans tied to your tail.
