He isn't that new of a member, he's just not forum active.

Having been staff with you, you were usually inactive, but you do a fine job when you're online. Although putting your recent leave of absence into consideration, I would have to -1 this application based primarily on the recommendation that you get back into the gist of the community and reapply later. I hope to see a future application from you!

You were an adequate staff member when I saw you, which I did see you only for a bit before he-who-must-not-be-named banned me on MN.

You have been inactive, and I have yet to see you become active again in games or on the forums. I've seen you twice since I came back myself (about a month or two ago). Work on your activity, and then you'll get your +1 from me.

One of my main issues with you becoming staff again is when you were staff, you often took part in little cliques, where you would talk down about some other staff members.

Also, if you are just coming back, give this about a week or two. Prove that you are active and can contribute to the community and potentially staff.
