    I can't seem to log in, and I'm not sure how to check if I've been banned. Anyway, help would be appreciated.

    If you dont have something coming up saying you are banned then you are not. right now the server is down and we are getting it back up asap just refresh or restart your minecraft. thanks for the report :)

    It appears that the server is down. But for future reference, if you had been banned, there would have been a message upon trying to enter meep telling you that you have been banned followed by the reason and banning staff member. Not to worry, everything is being sorted and we are hoping that the server is back up shortly. :)
