Yeah. If you have CONSOLE access, wiping the server is just a push of a button. That's why it's important to have external backups of the server saved somewhere, in case something like this happens again. Then you can just plug the backup in and lose a few weeks' worth of work, instead of 2 year's work.

 

So then why don't we use the last back up?

because there is none. My point is that backups are so that you lose only 2 weeks work instead of 2 years' work. But we didn't make a backup, so we've lost everything.

That's why I'm saying we need to make a backup in the new meepcraft, so this doesn't happen again.

Sometimes the most trustworthy-looking people can be ridiculously malicious. There's already a great vetting process in place, but unfortunately it can't filter out all of the bad applicants.

Hey so... what you have seen of me has probably just been some girl that fools around and says things she doesn't mean but, this is a very lame thing to say that a simple server on Minecraft has become my life. I have made so many friends, and been able to escape from the harsh world to this space of love and laughs. I owe so much, please let me know if there is anything I can do. I really want to help and Cat and I are trying to work something out to help.
