    Hi,
    So i purchased a $20 paypal card from the store. I did not know that i needed to enter my ssn number into my paypal account before putting money on. Can i give someone the card info and they buy me the $17 rank, premium? they would need a working paypal account, but would gain $3 if they do it before the sale ends
