One thing that concerns me is this: (Look at the dates)

Being staff isn't an on/off job, I'd like to see you be given another chance, but I wouldn't want this to end up as helper for a few weeks, then resignation and an application a few days/weeks later.

 

Gotta go with the facts (yay for my first post in a month *party in the hoos*), too much resignation. If you're gonna be staff, you gotta be a solid block of marble, not a sausage cut up into 5 seperate parts. -1

While you are experienced, this is like what, your 3rd or so time applying for staff?

If you're gonna resign, resign for realsies, not just for a month and be like "hey guys I'm back, mind if I become staff again? Thanks"

I don't think that any of the higher staff members would mind you taking a break once in a while for school when the load becomes more heavy.
