I know you might disagree with some parts of this deinen but I've always thought that we spend much too much time saying we are working on towny (lol like any tech wants to touch that plugin) but it seems like all we are doing is making minigames or some new distraction that inevitably fails. In the beginning a huge percent of our population was pvp-towny based. Like, they played towny but they were here for the PvP. We have lost all of those players by allowing our PvP community to fall apart. And these people were the ages of 14-21 usually. They all had purchased ranks and were a good chunk of the server.
As far as towny goes I hate to say it but we have to remove legacy. However if we do so I beg you guys to put the worlds up for download so we can have our builds that we worked on over the years. This allows for everyone in a close proximity not to mention it removes a LOT of confusion.

If I was a new player I wouldn't stay because of so many issues. Community is the heart of this server and we have to make sure that they are treated well.
Meep will never come back to full glory because minecraft is dying(microjang killed it). However there are many things that could be done to help the players that are currently here. Treat each other with respect and listen to other's ideas and meep will last.

 

I think the community is one of the only things that keep the server up because something is always broken, no matter how hard we've tried to do something these past few months there is always something wrong, and im not one to see through rose colored lenses and to me that doesnt bode well.

I love what was said about techs by cactus and madison because really, its so hard to trust people to do a good job without leaving the server with all we've ever worked towards *cough cough*. I dont really have any suggestions right now besides that the staff should have trusted people in the community be able to come into suggestions meetings and give honest opinions about the future developments and such. I think itd be good if we had some more civillian say in it per say.

I think the team does a fairly good job on involving the community in chats, but maybe itd be good to get the community in on suggestions as well, youd get some more feedback from a players side.

You're totally right!! But there are more experienced players in certain things like pvp and such to where if you get a knowledgeable person on pvp to help from the community, they could most likely assist as well from a players side ( not like staff arent players too but listen please)

 

New jobs won't fix the server, only a good community will.
