Monkeyhead's 2nd Mod Application!

I honestly think you are a great person and your teamspeak activity is great. From an outside perspective you look qualified for mod but many staff members seem to say you have a lot to learn. Being a former staff member a realize the people outside of staff operations don't always see the other side of a staff member, so given the criticisms I will be neutral on the subject matter.

Good luck on Mod, I am sure you will get it one day.

 

I've only interacted with you on TS really, but you definitely deserve mod at this point.

Try not to rush between positions, i would like to see u helper for a little bit longer until stepping up to his position.
Work on maturity and really get to know thhe staff role a d Ill definately be for outting u up!

-0.75 I think you are a great staff, but after your first application to denied, you haven't really improved since then. And again, you still have a lot to learn

 

+1! I don't know about the staff-only side of things, so this doesn't take that into account... the ones who have replied do seem to be saying that you need more time, so I hope you ask them if there are particular areas where you should gain more experience or knowledge.

But judging by what I see, you've taken the initiative from the moment you got Helper and already learned a lot from those experiences - including a few missteps - along the way. You're friendly, helpful, dedicated, and active in all aspects of the server and community, and I've noticed some growth in you as staff. If this isn't accepted, don't give up!
