I have not posted on this for one reason. I did not want to hurt your feelings. I feel like it is at the point where I need to let you know. I think that this is too soon. Just because you have been staff longer than some players doesn't mean that you should become mod. Seniority has nothing to do with it. You have made it very clear that you are not happy that Bam, Phoenix, or I got mod. You have been rude to bam on ts and not professional recently. I have had to help you several times with prism. As a mod you are required to know prism very well. To the point where you do not need help. I have seen the inability to inforce the rules properly. Recently I have seen some immaturity in you that makes me doubt that you will be able to handle this position. I think you need to work on your knowlege and maturity most of all. As a fellow staff member, Imunderstand what it feels like to get a -1 on an application. This post is so I can help you improve. I am happy to help with prism if that is what you need. Forums activity is not bad.
The app was ok, although not everyone thinks the application matters much, I do. If you're not going to put a great effort into writing an excellent application, is this going to be the same when you are actually performing your job?
You say that you're only on the server for an hour on some days and weekends? This really isn't enough time to moderate anything, at all.
It appears to me that you're only writing this application as the rest of the helpers in your time just got promoted, this may not be the case - but this is what i'm feeling.

This quote really annoyed me to say the very least, banning players should be your very last option in most cases. I think a better way of describing that would be something along the lines of "I think I could use a bit more training on how to deal with players

Again, if you aren't comfortable with your job right now, there's no rush in trying to climb up the ranks. IMO you should say as helper for a few more months until you develop all the skills you need to moderate the server.

This really shouldn't be the case either. This clearly shows that you aren't active enough due to the fact that many players don't know who you are. If you have issues with this, try work them out, communicate in chats in /shout, join in on the conversations on the forums and Teamspeak is a great way to get known.

So yeah, overall I don't feel that you're ready to be promoted at the moment, like I said you should at least wait a few more months before your next application.

I am requesting this application to be denied. I realize that now is not the best time for me.

Thank you for letting me know what I need to work on. I will re-apply when I feel I am ready, and not just because others applied.

-Never stated when you became staff, only the people that joined after you (Making it sound like your better or your bragging)
-Way too soon to even think about getting mod
-200 modreq's, two things - Good job, your efficient on modern's, but your modern count shouldn't matter at all, it should be the work that was done in the modern's and other helping.
-You say that you aren't the best at handling bans in general, this is a crucial point in being a moderator, more or less any staff member.
-Don't see you much (Timezones most likely)
