Zoe You are a great friend, from what I've seen I think you are doing a great job as helper. Though I've actually barely seen you on, guessing it's just timezones. A little too soon, maybe wait a week or two. Also, when I do see you online you aren't that active in /g (Just my opinion don't take it badly or whatever ) so just try getting involved more. I know staff is a big job and you are doing modreqs behind all the /shout but when you can do get involved

I am requesting this application to be denied. I realize that now is not the best time for me.

Forums activity is not bad.
The app was ok, although not everyone thinks the application matters much, I do. If you're not going to put a great effort into writing an excellent application, is this going to be the same when you are actually performing your job?
You say that you're only on the server for an hour on some days and weekends? This really isn't enough time to moderate anything, at all.
It appears to me that you're only writing this application as the rest of the helpers in your time just got promoted, this may not be the case - but this is what i'm feeling.

This quote really annoyed me to say the very least, banning players should be your very last option in most cases. I think a better way of describing that would be something along the lines of "I think I could use a bit more training on how to deal with players

Again, if you aren't comfortable with your job right now, there's no rush in trying to climb up the ranks. IMO you should say as helper for a few more months until you develop all the skills you need to moderate the server.

This really shouldn't be the case either. This clearly shows that you aren't active enough due to the fact that many players don't know who you are. If you have issues with this, try work them out, communicate in chats in /shout, join in on the conversations on the forums and Teamspeak is a great way to get known.

So yeah, overall I don't feel that you're ready to be promoted at the moment, like I said you should at least wait a few more months before your next application.

I have not posted on this for one reason. I did not want to hurt your feelings. I feel like it is at the point where I need to let you know. I think that this is too soon. Just because you have been staff longer than some players doesn't mean that you should become mod. Seniority has nothing to do with it. You have made it very clear that you are not happy that Bam, Phoenix, or I got mod. You have been rude to bam on ts and not professional recently. I have had to help you several times with prism. As a mod you are required to know prism very well. To the point where you do not need help. I have seen the inability to inforce the rules properly. Recently I have seen some immaturity in you that makes me doubt that you will be able to handle this position. I think you need to work on your knowlege and maturity most of all. As a fellow staff member, Imunderstand what it feels like to get a -1 on an application. This post is so I can help you improve. I am happy to help with prism if that is what you need. Zoe, I think you are very kind. We haven't really met in-game but every-time I see you in shout you seem really nice. I view this as the biggest priority for a helper so I'm very glad that you are able to be so kind to players. The next best priority, in my opinion, is management of the staff tools. You indicated that you still don't completely feel comfortable using prism; which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it shows you think before you make an action which is really good! You also indicated that you need more time studying the rules list with ban and fee information. I've seen the list myself and I know how long it is, so there's no problem with not knowing it 100% it's good that you keep trying, I always had a rule tab open when I was staff so I'd never mess up . You seem fully competent as a staff member because of the qualities stated above, but I have a few questions/suggestions.

I think a few of your fellow helpers just graduated up to moderators. I can understand how frustrating it can be to see this while being there longer than the others. But I want you to ask yourself if you really feel confident for moderator duties? *There's no need to answer that here. As a Mod other helpers will look to you for advice, you should know all the necessary elements to answer their questions legitimately and without repercussions. I'd be sad to see you become overwhelmed once you got the promotion. It would have been amazing if you were able to fix all of your current weaknesses before making this application. You would have shown that you have the complete confidence and know-how to become a moderator. I think you have the personality of a great staff member, you just need to improve your technical skills. Once you can show that you are fully confident in your abilities I'd gladly give you a +1.
