Several threads you've made are either immature or show your lack of knowledge about the server or both.

My Feelings About My Month in Meepcraft

A lot of what you said here are some pretty big issues for staff. I'm not sure what you expect joining staff, but there will be times, often in fact, that people will say mean things to you. You've got to have a thick skin and know how to handle rude people.

You've basically said that you lack the motivation to work hard, which is exactly what I'd expect from a good staff member.

My issue with these threads is both the lack of patience, lack of maturity. There's several ways to approach an issue like these, and your choice of approach was telling.

minecraft, you are a nice player, and active in game and on TS, but you don't have all the qualities that a helper has yet. For example, you can be immature, don't seem to help all that ofter. and I don't see very much improvement from your last app, with the exception that you added a mic and TS. So, I'm at a -.5 now.

Okay so here are somethings you need to work on...Your activity needs to improve in forums and teamspeak . You need to get more helpful in /shout and even at /warp spawn new players are always asking for help. Your app wasn't the best :/ like you introduction was longer then everything put together. Yes intros are usually longer but you went into no detail with really anything else...I'm overall a -1. Good luck though!

 

I'm afraid I'm a -1. You are nice and eager to help, but I'd like to see you spend some more time on MeepCraft, work on your patience, and learn more about the server and get more involved in its community. That includes here on the forums.

Try to look for ways that you can help improve people's experience on MeepCraft in all aspects of the server... Get involved in constructive discussions on the forums, suggest some ideas or comment on others, report problems (like bugs) and help people try to fix theirs. In-game, you're a bit more involved, and that's good. Look for opportunities to guide new players, and maybe think about how someone who wants to be staff should conduct themselves as you're talking in shout. After you spend some time on these things, you could be a good fit for staff.

We would like to see you work on your community activity (on forums, on TeamSpeak, and in-game) and a better application, with more in-depth weaknesses and reasons why you should be staff. You can always be on the lookout for opportunities to help others and the server - good forum sections for that are Suggestions, Report a Bug, and Q&A, and there are plenty of people who could use assistance in-game. You may apply again in no less than 2 weeks.
