You really don't understand why people do -1's and +1's do you? It's not to decide whether or not they get staff. But to give them constructive feedback so they can improve.

You really need to work on some stuff before you apply for staff.

 

I was going to +1, then I remembered I had to kick you earlier.

 

I'd like to apologize for my words here; however I think I was justified in getting angry at what was said earlier. I find the phrase "I'm thankful for the smallpox that killed the natives" highly offensive. I really don't know how anyone can say that, even in jest. If I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't swear at him, I would definitely get mad. I realize that swearing isn't really a trait Meepcraft values in a staff member but I don't think people spewing hate such as this is tolerable, especially when it takes 20 minutes for them to get kicked.
