Sorry, I just have to put my two cents in on this one..
People should not say grats when someone gets a rank unless they won it. They bought something. It's almost as if someone went and bought a rubber band at walmart and you come up to them "HOLY BAJEEZUS CONGRATULATIONS MAN." There's no point. You should only say grats if they win a rank or recieve one, like a staff position (Hestia, I am not attacking you, just the people who say 'gratz' when someone donates).
