On another note, I feel sad for the person (people) that felt the need to report the server until this point. In my time here I've met many people and I've met some with some of the most disruptive home life I've ever encountered. MeepCraft was their community, a place they can find shelter and reprieve of the stress of their world. Beyond the nit-picking, what this has ultimately accomplished - is left a lot of young kids without a place to go to find a community, a solace, a retreat.

Those are the ones who will suffer the most in the end, not a digital server.

I always click agree to terms of use without reading it.

 

well /craft, /rename, echest, ptime, workbench, /back, sethome, chest, /ci, /pack, I think that is all of them. Not to mention the in game shops that are rank based.

Haha in all seriousness I do not believe we completed all of the changes mojang asked us to make. I'll see if I can find the list. But we still have /home and /chest I wrote outlines for how we could keep them and make them eula compliant but I do not believe they were ever implemented. We also still have a donor shop. It's more compliant than it used to be but microjang sees in black and white. They are trying to push realms, they don't care who gets pushed under the bus. Though I'm disappointed we didn't prevent this when we had the chance I'm glad weare sticking together.

Oh, you've seen the direct communication between them? Otherwise quite simply nobody knows what was said, and you know what they say about assumptions.

 

Because one is a binding agreement on use of their product - The other is a random website. You do not agree to the random website, that is not a binding agreement. You have no idea what Mojang said to Fuzzlr and it appears none of you actually know what the EULA is, or it's purpose.

No where in the EULA (End User License Agreement) does it state what perks a server can, or cannot have.

 

It's apparent you have not read the EULA - Because the EULA makes no mention of any of that.

(The EULA says you cannot make money without their permission)
