Chat channel? Not necessarily vocal meetings?

 

I don't think this would be exactly a good idea, especially to those who are considerably competitive. I think creating independent towns are quite important. Although it is a personal opinion, I like to build without other's help (might seem a bit harsh, but yes). I mean like, it's not a bad idea, but I don't think it's going to be a really reliable.

I think towny is more about independently creating towns, and forming independently running towns.

You know, you could create a discord or just form a forum page asking for help instead of forming meetings.

 

Nice idea but like early mentioned, timezones create a big issue. You could just have a discord server where all mayors are in there, and you don't even have to use mic just use chat, that way mayors can see messages when they come back and it doesn't have to be at a certain time.
