Making a new town - Need builders

Hi, I have finally finished my exams. Now I have more time than ever to create the town I have always wanted! I thought about building the town myself, but I thought I should give someone else a shot at building it. If you have lots of time on your hands and are a great builder (With past builds to show me), then please inbox me a few details as to why you should build the town and some screenshots of course. Money will be high, but will be discussed in the inbox. Thanks everyone!

Still I need of builders! If you know of anyone who doesn't use forums that often. Please post them below! The way its looking, I'm building this town myself so far. So any help would be appreciated.
