Well, I read your first app and it got accepted. I'm confused on why the staff denied you after the interview. I spoke to you after and from what I remember, the staff that interviewed you didn't give you a reason why you were denied. (Might have forgotten why too... so sorry if I have the wrong idea.) They're obviously blind to not see your potential. You're 12 and you're more mature than a lot of the community including me. So, to you staff, perhaps you should actually give her a chance when it comes to the interview. (Again, sorry if it's the wrong idea and this isn't to all staff.)

I am so happy I got to see you apply again, and this time, you are more than ready to become a Helper. This is one of the most incredible applications I have seen in a long time. I want to thank you for putting such an amazing one out there and practically setting the precedence of what a true staff application should be. You were very descriptive and had just the right balance between a long application and filler.

I am almost speechless. Let's get down to business and all that. I believe you already know my vote; +1 all the way.

+ You are extremely active and helpful in game. I consistently see you as one of the people helping out anyone who has questions in shout, but also engaging in conversation with others.
+ You are very active and helpful on the forums.
+ I have never seen you demonstrate one of your weaknesses; a very good thing. I like how you talked about how you log off and calm down; this shows that you understand when you are going overboard and are trying to control it.
+ Since your last application, you have grown exponentially and broadened your horizons.

You haven't received any -1's, and that is because you are not deserving of one. You are an outstanding young lady, and a great role model for the community. I wish we had more citizens like you. But then again, these qualities are what make you unique and also stand out from the crowd.

You are always online (+1) which helps with all the other factors that you are great at! You are always participating in the conversations the Meep community brings (+1) and you answer their questions when needed (+1). You are basically living on Team speak because I hardly ever see you not on Team Speak (+1). I can always talk to you on skype because you are always ready to reply (+1) and you are on my top 10 list for nicest person in the Meep World!... it's not a real thing, but you'd be there if I had one (+1). You are very respectful (+1), very mature (+1) which is very impressive since you always make the situation better without getting out of your HAPPY BUBBLE (+9000).... <---- It's OVER 9000!!!!

I'm gonna be that one jerk who brings it up. Lysseal I know you are completely capable of having staff. I give you a +1. Yet I'm a strong believer in the idea of an age minimum for staff.
