~~Introduction~~

Hi, this is my second time writing a staff application. I hope this time you will see my dedication, and kindness to the community. Again, my username is Lysseal, my friends call me Lys. I have been hooked to minecraft since late 2010. I started out playing Minecraft PE, then I transferred to Minecraft PC. I loved it so much more, because it had cool new things that were not on MCPE. I first started playing minecraft in single player, at a friends house. That continued for about 5 months until I finally bought minecraft on my own. I continued playing single player, until the computer I played on got too laggy to bare. I stopped playing minecraft for about 5 months, and finally I got a new computer. I played around with that for about 2 months. Then a friend of mine told me about multiplayer servers. Later that day I found meepcraft.

Outside of minecraft, I'm a straight A student, who loves marine animals, and loves to play instruments. I also love hanging out with friends and just bonding with my family. I have the most amazing, outgoing friends.

~~Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod?~~

I believe I am ready to take on this responsibility. I've been told I am mature, and I try hard. I never give up. I try to always help out when people are in need, especially when I see new players asking how to get somewhere or how to do something. I think it is important to help new meepers and let them explore, for a new generation.

I have been an assistant in a town, and a mayor, so I know most towny commands, but I'm still trying to learn them all. I think I would stand out from everyone else applying, because I take that step. I take the step everyone wants to quit on. I keep going, no matter what the job is, big or small. I try my very hardest to exceed, to be higher then what people are expecting me to be. I started wanting to be a staff member a while back, in old meep, the mayor of my old town made me assistant, and I learned that I love to help people. Also, the mayor became an moderator, and I really looked up to him, so when he became mod, I really felt like it was my goal to become one, so I could be like him.

I got the courage to apply for Helper because lots of my friends on meep were telling me I should. I denied for a little while then started thinking more about it. I asked my parents if I could have Team Speak and they allowed it. I tried to get active on there for a little while before I applied the first time. But the reason I'm here is because of my friends who push me to do my best, and push me to do thing I don't necessarily want to do. But end up being the right thing.

~~Dedication~~

I have been on meep for a little over one year. I joined October 27th 2012. I try to be on every single day for at least a few minutes. I'm a well known member on forums. Again, I try my very hardest, and if I fail I will try again. I will work at it until I succeed. I try to learn new things every chance I get.

I try to get to know people, if Citizens are shouting and everyone else ignores them, then I will try to focus my attention on them for that given hour or day. Just to make sure everyone is included in the Meepcraft community.

As I said in my last application, I try to be that person who people remember forever. That person who helped them when no one else would. That person who helped them be what they wanted to be.

~~Involvement~~

I try to get in on every event meepcraft holds, such as the MeepOlympics. I try to shout every chance I get, every time I see a cool conversation, I will try to participate. I will try to conjure up new and exciting ideas that the meepcraft staff could use, to help people in the community.

~~Experience~~

I don't have any experience being staff on Meepcraft. I feel I know fairly well how stuff works just from observing the people who are staff currently. Also having some of my friends be staff that also helps. I also hope, if I become helper that I can learn quickly, and so I will have experience. I do have experience being a town mayor/assistant, as that helped me with learning the towny commands.

~~Work Ethic~~

I enjoy doing things for other people. It makes me feel happy, that I'm making them feel happy. I enjoy doing jobs, as long as it makes them happy. Them being happy, or joyful, is money to me. It's all I want. I don't want any reward, just a smile.

~~Weaknesses~~

People being rude, when I'm trying to help them. Or people being mean to my friend or me. I will try to defend them or myself. When people use the word 'Duh' when I'm asking a question and they are answering it. Whenever I get angry, and if it drags on and on, I will apologize, or just log out. Try to calm myself down, then try to talk to them and say 'Hey, let's agree to disagree?' and try to be friends. Because I don't like fighting.

~~Conclusion~~

I really think I'm ready this time. I hope you do too . I feel more confident this time. And again, don't +1 just because you are my friend. And I accept constructive criticism. Thanks for reading.
