Were looking for people who are looking to put time into this server, saying you didn't want to give away an hour or so for something such as a staff app shows a lack of dedication. Please try to show some more interest.

 

As a staff member you are asked to put in quite a bit of effort into your daily work. This app doesn't appear as if you gave it much thought, not to mention it is missing quite a few points. I would sincerely hope that if you do decide to apply again and are serious about it, that you take a bit more time and put some thought into it while following the proper format and highlighting key questions.
