An 8320/50 is just as effective as a i7-6700k? Why would you suggest a 6600/6700k when the 4690/4790k are cheaper, have a much larger selection of compatible parts, and preform nearly the same as their Skylake counterparts? An X99 chipset is required for DDR4, despite there being multiple DDR4-capable chipsets? The hell is an R7 380? That doesn't exist. The wattage of your PSU somehow effects how well your computer runs? Buying a prebuilt and swapping out half the parts is a better and more cost effective plan than building a PC from scratch?

There wasn't even a budget; A G3258+ a 750Ti would be perfectly capable of doing editing. 4690k + a 970/780 Ti would do everything you wanted and more. 2 16 core Xeons + a GPU farm full of Quadro 6000s would be the best for video editing. Which do you want, which can you afford? We can't effectively help you if you don't give us a budget to stay within.
