Greetings and salutations, everyone! I would assume you’re acquainted with, or at least heard of Legend. Still, I doubt many of you really know too much about the town besides rumors and pieces. Allow me to elaborate a bit on that.

Who We Are
Legend, the current largest town in the Towny world, we are a highly organized town that works to quite literally do a bit of everything. Legend was originally formed by myself on the first day of the reset. We’ve grown and shrunk multiple times over the last 21 months (give or take). Our town staff of nearly 20 works day in and day out, and there is almost always someone else online to talk with.

Organization
This is one of our huge focuses as a town. While all residents are encouraged to build their own home, builds are moderated to keep from ending up as the traditional mess associated with larger towns. Alternatively, you can occupy a prebuilt home designed and built by our town staff. We have a town Discord, which you can join by clicking here. Within the Discord, we host various events, discussions, and games.

Future Ambitions
As a town, we look forward to building more homes, areas, and features for everyone to enjoy. Among our favorite tasks to do is to create enormous builds as you can see from the album.

How to Join the Town
Legend is an open town, meaning that players can join just by typing /t join Legend, without the need for an invitation. Prospective residents may also contact any of our staff members about joining Legend, and they will be happy to add you to the town, show you to a plot, and /mail you an invite to the Legend Discord server.

Becoming a Legend Staff Member
Residents of Legend who are interested in becoming a staff member of the town should contact a mayor about recruiter and builder opportunities. New Legend staff members must undergo a brief trial period to determine if they are ready to handle the responsibilities of being a full staff member. Once past the trial period, staff members are evaluated to determine if they are ready for subsequent promotions. More details will be made available once you meet with a town mayor.
