Okay...So I'm going to say my vote then tell you where you can improve. I'm standing at a -1....now what you should improve on though which is why I'm a -1. You need to improve on your activity in game, forums, and teamspeak. I've never seen you so clearly I've never seen you help so try /shouting more. You only stated one weakness...you have more everyone does...Your app is eeh okay needs some work though bud....Good luck!

Unfortunately, I'm a -1. You seem to have a good attitude, and it's possible you would be a good staff member in the future. I also liked your application, though it would be better if you could identify more than one weakness, and share an example of when you've shown qualities that would make you a good staff member.

But I haven't seen you around much, and it doesn't sound like many others have, either. Please work on your activity in-game, on the forums, and on TeamSpeak. It will help if you get more involved in the community, look for opportunities to help others, and make constructive posts in places like Suggestions, Report a Bug, and Q&A.
