+1. You are hard-working, smart, enthusiastic, kind to players, and very helpful. You take initiative when you come across a problem or question, and you help other Helpers out when they need it. I'm excited to see what you'll do as a Moderator!

Edit: After looking it up, I also see that you've handled a variety of different cases - including several PvP hacking cases, and your experience there is a huge asset! I honestly can't think of something for you to work on. I don't see immaturity and rudeness as problems for you, but if those are things you see yourself struggling with (or others have mentioned it to you), don't worry... just take the opportunity to learn from it and improve.

 

The only thing I could possibly hold against you is your very rare, very subtle rudeness (bluntness, that comes across as rudeness) that comes with posts like;

While I personally agreed completely with you, sometimes bluntness like this can flare up arguments rather than calm them down. I tend to have this same quality, which is not the greatest for staff.

However, I very rarely see this and I would love to see you as a moderator. I just wanted to mention that sometimes it's better just to concede to end and argument quickly (never thought I'd say that )

Otherwise, I completely agree with my much-better-at-explaining-herself colleague, Kari.

You're awesome.
You have a great worth ethic, you help people out when other helpers just ignore them (Asking for hacker review in kit - multiple helpers have just ignored me. I wait 5 min, try again. Nope.)
You haven't been helper for the longest of times, but I'm going to give you. . .

There are some apps I'm excited about like will they get helper/mod this isn't one you might as well get the rank now!
