Why we should consider your appeal: Why am I banned? I asked SpongeyStar if using alts for parkour was illegal, she said no but up to a certain point. I had a little under 4 million, so I did a few parkours to get 4 million so I can get a rank. And Xtjunior told me that last time I was banned for the potions I used.

You were banned before for using alts in parkour as it plainly said on your previous ban. You apologized before for using alts in parkour which indicated that you knew why you were banned. Two bans ago was for potion use, not the last one and not this one. You used 38 alts before and now you are using more of which you tired to hide via proxies and other methods. It is my belief that there is a 1 week cooldown in parkour for a reason. This ban was approved by an admin and will be reviewed by an admin. Please be patient.

 

Wait, I was only banned twice tho, this is my second time and I did apologize for using alts because I thought it was illegal but I wanted to make sure so I asked Spongeystar and she said no. and then Xtjunior told me I was banned for the potions I used so that made me think it wasn't the alts that got me banned. And I used proxies to just be on the safe side

I don't remember having 3 bans.. The ban before this one was for potion use according to Xtjunior, no one clarified me that using alts was illegal, I thought it was the potions. I even sent a mail to Courtneyyy asking her if it was illegal to use alts but she didn't respond so I asked Spongeystar

 

Ohh that one, but the thing was Xtjunior told me that the permanent ban one was because of the potions I used, so thats why I got confused and thought it wasn't because of the alts. I wasn't clarified

 

As I said, at that time Ithought alts were illegal but I never heard or saw that rule anywhere so I asked one more time to make sure, I asked spongeystar if it was illegal, she said no, so I was mislead and then xt tells me I was banned for the potions which even mislead me more

 

This appeal is accepted. While you must understand our harsh reaction, as the potential for abuse is simply too great with anyone having thousands of accounts at will. However you are correct, we have never outlined this behavior as prohibited, as evident by the apparent confusion in our staff, and their guidance to you. In the future, we will work harder at being far more communicative towards the players, especially in matters that have consequences such as this.
