Denied Item spawn in arena area

Summary: Today i walked in to the arena area to sell some of my gold and see what was happening in the arena. As soon as i entered i noticed some lag on my computer and JadedDragon17 spamming cobble,stone bricks, and dirt.

Sorry but this is denied, from the evidence, the player dropped like 6 blocks, which isn't bad. Players sometimes like to empty out their inventory to have more room. I've seen players drop like hundreds of blocks and they don't get banned for it.

Although, if the player dropped like 5000 of an item at once to purposely create lag, that would be considered illegal.
