is the minecraft server named meepcraft formerly known as meepnetworks still blacklisted by mojang ?

but its breaking the eula

 

the price will probably be lowered because I dont think that the value of the perks is represented by the price.

 

With perk crate keys (which could be considered a soft currency), just have everyone with ranks already keep their perks then let people be able to earn those perks with crate keys. problem solved.
