I see a spike but no proof that it is going to improvements, they could just be going towards sending troops to new areas.

 

If Russia was sending troops to new areas, the world would have heard about it by now. Russia is under a microscope by the UN and the media.

 

They didn't go backwards.... they just didn't progress as fast as the rest of the West did, especially America. While Russia was struggling with internal conflicts, America was advancing it's military capabilities.

Well, since Russia can just kinda blow up the entire Earth... they have a pretty good way to hurt France. And Russia and France is in many ways equal in the EU (at least supposed to be). And the US might not butt in at all, since if they did China would most likely attack US. So the only way USA can survive a nuclear war, is to stay out of it.

 

You should really stop replying to debate posts, every time I see one of your posts it's completely uneducated and stupid. No country would dare to use nuclear weapons anymore, because it guarantees mutually assured destruction. I have no idea what the hell you are talking about with Russia and France being equal in the EU, considering Russia isn't in the EU. China and the US have a cooperative relationship for the most part, why would China declare war on their biggest trade partner anyways.

On a serious note, Russia is a major world power but at the verge of collapsing, so what if they have a huge military when nobody has the guts to detonate nukes or what not, nobody wants a world war on their hands, economy is almost entirely dependent on high oil prices, now with oil prices going down so low, normally the prices in Russia will increase = people lives get harder, but the thing is people living in Russia are too stupid to realize that they're being brainwashed by media and will never understand that they live a bad life, but that's none of my business @_@
