Heres one good way to deal with hackers: report them. Simple, eh?
Ofc caps doesnt scare anyone off, its just Mark to hacker that you are getting angry. Same with swearing. And using other language can lead to mis-understanding.

If you use caps, language etc, you might get reported Instead. Just get video from hacker or call staff.

 

For the record I don't tell people to stop swearing because I am trying to look intelligent, I do it to stop them from looking stupid.

Here are the things you should do:

Contact your local Flamedemond or high up
File a Modreq
Screen record it, upload to YouTube and report on the forums.
