I mean, past couple months I seen improvements in his personality and maturity. Though, this isn't a good thing because you all are changing who he is. I don't see why we can't give him a chance. Also, I seen him help more than staff members, so I don't care about his maturity as long as he can help to his best ability

Giving "cash" to people isn't helping. It's being generous.
I've been assistant in towns too, big deal... you don't have to be assistant in a town to actually help them.

You shouldn't be a helper just because of your time zone. Time zones don't make a difference with you as a helper, or elite.

No. You don't have to be a helper to be more active, polite, responsible, and trustworthy. Oh and helpers don't really do crap to control the server unless they're kicking rule breakers like me. Good job helpers.

Weaknesses:

13 hours a day is more than enough time.
(Oh, and can you make up your mind? You already said that you're active before... now you're saying you're not active?)

You should be a role model to players before you get helper, again.

We are good friends but I don't belive you are ready to obtain the helper rank, I rarely see you on Teamspeak anymore and I haven't seen any improvement since your last application. Also, your ban history is atrocious and you need to work on not getting banned. Since we're good friends I have been seeing how you have been reacting to your denied applications. You usually apply - get denied - stop caring and do bad things. Although I do see potential I'm afraid I'll have to -1 this.
