Helper Application.

Some of your forums posts have been in bad taste and at points you have been rude to me, you got demoted due to abuse correct? Or am I thinking of someone else? Any how I am going to hve to accept tne fact that you have changed and if you have GL!

 

I don't know why, but you seem not like me for reasons unknown.

I'm not sure what to say about this.
One of the main issues I have with you is your impatience, I've said this before: when your first helper application was accepted for interview I saw you on /shout complaining about how long its been taking for you to get your interview even though it had only been in the folder for about 2 weeks. It was a really jarring thing and continued to stick in my memory even after all these months

 

^, in addition some of the forum posts, and shouts eluding to "old staff are better than this staff". These comments I don't think fit in well with what I'd look for in a staff member. I think at times rudeness can be an issue as well. I think you're a decent enough guy, and you've vastly improved compared to last year. At this time I'm a -1, but can be swayed in the future with some good, complimentary activity within the server.

-1, I just don't think you currently have the mentality to do this at this time.

 

I think you'd be a great staff member, but I think you need to really work on it for a month or so before you should be accepted.

This application is denied.
We feel as if you need to work on your maturity. We also think in order to become staff you will need to prioritize Meep over League, which we don't see happening. Also, you are not active on TS either, as you mentioned, which is a bit important.
