You've broken more rules since your last application and lost most of the progress you had made on your maturity. You also said you were going to try again for staff in a few months, and I was glad to see that restraint, because I thought you'd have a good opportunity to learn and grow in that time. But this is too soon, especially considering some of the steps backward you have taken recently.

Gummi, I know were great friends but I have to be Completely Honest here,
You are not ready for staff at all, you have a high level of immaturity, very greedy, and your ban history Is very weak. It occurs to me that you have been banned 11 times, 2-3 of which were just this week. For nearly the exact same thing.
Another factor you don't have is helping in /shout. I have only seen you help a player once or twice. This is a huge problem.
You just aren't ready.

This is a direct quote from what I said to you on your last application. Heres what I'm going to say on this one.

You have made less than 0% effort to work on any of these, considering how I still do not consider 95% of what you say to be anything of value and how the other 5% are still immature. You are still not helping in game and are usually making annoying/immature comments in shout. Not only your immaturity, but you seem to have a very little knowledge of the rules considering how you were able to break one, even while your app was up. You have also been banned 5 times in this last month, threatened to quit over one of them, and are now back applying again. It seems as if you aren't capable of even listening/understanding how to improve, either that or you have no intention of trying to improve. All this app has done is solidified my thoughts about what I said on your previous app. To say the very least, I do not want you on staff.

 

Please for the love of god Gummi, tell me this is a joke thread.

I feel that this is an extremely biased response: it's not about whether GummiBirr could help you, but the community in general. This is the responsibility of a staff member, and I ask you to reconsider and think about the community rather than yourself.

 

I am not going to -10 on you because you are immature, but instead for the reason you get easily upset and into arguments faster than I can say my name. I feel like the community is out to get you as well.

You are VERY immature. one of the most immature players I have seen. You recently just got banned like 3 times. And one was very inappropriate and does not represent meepcraft at all. -1 Think about your actions before you apply for helper. And you spam, and ask for like a lots. way to much likebot. I personally think you'd enjoy playing Meep instead of moderating Meepcraft. Thank you.

I'm really dumbfounded to see that you applied again so soon. You really need to lay off the apps. Wait a few months 3-4 before you try again.

Here's what I suggest:

Take a 1month vacation from meep. If you can, a one month vacation from ALL games. Try to work on the things people have suggested to you on your time off.

Then come back to meep. Start anew, quit any PVP, or diceing for the next 2months. Help in shout, and for gods sake think before you do or say ANYTHING... Think "if I do/say this will it help or hurt my chances to become staff"... Then make your decision.

Then... Maybe, you should apply for staff.

Anyways, -1 for now.

 

Okay. So mostly on this I agree with Kari. I liked you when I first met you, and I definitely thought you were polite. But you've had a lot of immaturity that I haven't seen remedied yet, which bothers me.

I know how hard it can be to outrun a bad reputation, and I honestly don't think you deserve half of the infamy you have. You are a good person deep down, and you are really sweet when you want to be. I just think that you let your immaturity get away from you sometimes, and you don't seem to know where to draw the line.

Unfortunately, this is a bad quality for a staff member. We have to make important decisions constantly, and we need to be able to tell when its the right time to draw the line. This doesn't mean I don't think you won't ever be staff, I just think you have a lot to work on.

I'm going to start with the fact that you decided to leave. I know school can be hard and you may want to focus more on your studies, but; I'm in school right now, even coming up to important exams soon, and I still love going on Meep. It helps me calm down and focus on things, funny enough.

I want to briefly mention your ban today; it added on to your already large ban history. While it wasn't a huge issue, I think it's another example of you not knowing where to draw the line. It seems like you were trolling, but it went way too far.

Regardless, I honestly think you have a ton to work on, and should really wait to apply again until a) you are out of school or b) you are able to be sure how much school will affect it. Not only that, but please, I beg of you, try to teach yourself where to draw the line. Be more cautious. I don't think you are inherently a bad person, and I truly think that your notoriety is very exaggerated.
