I don't go in ts often but Gummi is always there. It doesn't exactly matter how long he has been playing meep. He knows quite a lot. I respect your comment and what you have to say except im just pointing that out.

Right now, I feel as if you are at a stage where you aren't mature enough, and would not be able to handle the responsibility of a staff member. Over time, you will begin to mature and grow out of this current stage, but currently I do not find you fit for staff, primarily based I your immaturity. Other reasons include that although you are forums active, 95% of your forums posts contain nothing beneficial and are more to be considered spam (in my eyes). You also do not help in game from what I've seen, and you shouting at people on teamspeak is not helping at all. As far as I can tell, the only place you excel at is your activity, but on none of the 3 ways, do you you reflect how a staff member should act. Unless you make some MAJOR improvements, my vote will most likely not change.

 

Frankly, I find you quite annoying. You are incredibly immature and your app was really lacking. -1.

 

Not really, have you seen some of the stuff he does? He also posted a thread in q and a or something regarding about some rules. He doesn't know much and has little experience. Also, time does matter-it lets people get to know you, it lets you feel out the server, it lets you see your options...i can go on.

 

After discussing this application, we unanimously decided to deny your staff application. Because you got yourself forum banned, you don’t listen or try to comprehend how to listen, and your negative/annoying attitude, plus the constant -1ing from sjoe has led us to believe you are not fit to be a staff member at this time. Please work on the constructive criticism posted above, and do not reapply in less than two weeks (if you even listen to this).
