Helper Application

-1, How is even possible to have so many +1? Your app was terrible you don't ever help, and you've been on meepcraft for about 2 months and have gotten banned more than people I know that have played 2 years.

Learn how to take constructive criticism. There'll be a lot as a staff member.

I honestly don't think of you as staff material. Your immaturity, ban history and inability to accept the wrong deeds you have done really makes me question your ability to moderate this server.

Here's one of my favorite lines;

No. -1.
You harass, you are annoying, you scream in TS, you talk rudely and say bad things. that's a small sample of my reasons.
Edit: also, replying a lot makes you look desperate.

I was going to make a huge rant but, this one is exactly what I was goin to say. -1 but good luck.

 

I was -1 before, and I'm neutral now. I still don't think you're ready, but I'm not against you becoming Helper if others who know you well believe that you are. You've improved your application and some parts of your behavior, though others are still troubling.

Your activity ingame and on the forums is good, and your general attitude seems to be getting better. You seem to genuinely want to help people. I don't see posting useless threads as a disqualification for staff - they can be a blatant way to inflate post and like counts, but think you're fairly active even without them. I can't speak to the TeamSpeak issue because I don't think I've ever talked to you on there.

But you still seem to have some trouble knowing and following rules, and the near-spammy chat with long forum links and questionable "deals" shows poor judgment. And I see a lot of immaturity from you sometimes - though as someone else pointed out, it's not always bad to act immature once in a while. It's just important to know when to stop, and to be reasonable and calm when the situation calls for it. You'll need that self-control, along with the ability to make good judgment calls, as a staff member.

I do want to say that GummiBrr did help me personally the other day when I barely asked for it. I made a comment in shout saying that I couldn't tell if my chest shop setup was working, and he /tpa'ed to me and tested it for me (without being all, "I'm going to help KariStar86 now," lol).

 

I have very, very serious concerns about your maturity.

Gummi, I have seen alot of immaturity from you the last 3 days since i came back from my break, Last night i had to remind you that you were acting immature by saying this "Gummi that is no way to act if you want to become staff" If you have to be watched over to stay mature.. then you are not ready to be staff.

Your ban history is quite long..and all of them happened close together, shows me that you have a hard time following the rules. We need staff who follow the rules.

Teamspeak: Alright so i was there when you started to scream/soundboard over the channel at everyone.. to the point where i had to leave the channel.

I see you ingame, but never helping.
