How am I coming back to rag on him? I left the server I came back to give him a plus 1 and you are WAY over the post limit so yeah. Why are you fighting for him? this is Not your Staff app.

 

In response to this, you have seen me all these times when he is online on Meep. Several other staff are almost always on. We know who he is and how he acts. People can change, yes, but even some have to take a long time to change, or can't at all.

 

He hasn't changed much to the point where everyone should praise him to be staff. He barely changed, it doesn't only reach out to general chat. Maybe in msg and local he is being rude or something, you only choose to see what you want to see about vkl.

I didn't know you before but only started talking to u recently you seem really nice and cool but from your past i wouldn't really see you as a staff member, but thats the past.
for now I wouldn't really see you as mature for a staff member but you a really nice so thats a tick dont get me down here but you would be a good candidate just keep trying son so i'm going to leave no vote but its sorta a -1

I have no doubt you are able to do the job well. I see you helping and being a positive member in global. You know what you're doing so +.5 Don't lose your motivation and you will do well.
If you do lose motivation you could be a risk due to a tendency to attract trouble.

You seem to have a changed a lot, so I can look past the ban history. I don't think people should be judged by their pasts, no matter how bad it is. The app was a little short as well, but I don't think that's a huge deal. You've been on the server for 5 years now, so you obviously know how things work. We haven't really talked but from global I can see that you're a nice guy who likes to have a little fun here and there. I think that's what a good a staff member needs. I believe you will make an excellent member to the team. Good luck!

you haven't abused someone's trust before so i see no risk in going ahead with this decision

While he has had his past (no denying it), VKL has sincerely improved. Know that. I haven't seen any of the toxicity, vulgarity, innapropriate comments or ban-worthy actions as he is so famous for. Let me just say that he has my full support in his attempt at staff, and that I beleive his past years of knowledge and experience of Meep make him a quite a worthy candidate.
