Ok, I'm going to start with your app. The app didn't really tell me much about you. The intro and why section are alright, but I don't think someone with sensitivity issues should be staff. Staff often have to deal with rude comments that can be very offensive.

Secondly, I don't really know what happened between Mia and you, but the way you are defending yourself is not very mature. If you want staff and want to seem reponsible, just own up to your misdoings and apologize even if you think the other person is wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, and not everyone can be nice all the time. Just say I'm sorry and be done with it.

Just from reviewing the previous responses to this application, your main problem is the maturity and accepting criticism. You tend to become a bit "offended" or upset over them. Unless you can try to be better at not doing this, I'll be at a negative vote.

So...
The discord thing. Although you could get the interview in game, you still need discord for meetings or moderation in discord. Since not much happens in discord, I recommend you getting. Like chaos said, you should explain to your parents what discord is and that no harm comes when you have it. I kind of had the same problem with my parents but I kinda tricked them saying that I'm talking with friends from school (LOL). Over time, they started to not care so, if you explain to your parents about it, I'm certain they'll understand.
Age. We need to know your age. It may not seem as important, but your age is what makes us think whether you're suitable at your age for this position.
Now for the app. Its... Well... Eh. You're pretty immature, for example, your name. UkiIsTrash. If a new player joins the game, what will they think about someone who's staff with the work "Trash" in their name? Your introduction... Is basically nothing. Theres nothing that makes me connect with you. Yes, you can say the thing about discord and asking Ellie about it, but put that in the last section, the Additional Info section. Give us something so we can know who you are, how you are, and if you are "mature" enough for staff.
I like your reasons of being staff in your Why section, trying to stop bullies and helping others, and having had "some" experience as a helper. But, we want to know more. Yeah, we've all probably had our own share of bullies. I did in 5th grade. And yeah, we all want to help out but you should give a much more detailed explanation on why you actually want to be helper. Look at the Application Guide posted by Courtneyyy. If you divide your things in the Why section like that, then you might have a better chance at being staff.
Weakness. Its good that you state that you can be pretty sensitive with some things. And its something you should try to control. As a staff member, from my experience, I've been told some horrible things. But I had to keep my chin up and push it aside. And I think a bit of immaturity should be worked on.
Overall, I do think you can be a great staff member. I see a lot of potential in you. But for now, with the app and the discord problem, it makes me lean to a -1. However, I plan to leave a neutral vote.

Let's be honest, we all used caps w/o staff members online and as Admin you broke the rules every now and then, right?

 

I should warn you that sympathy grabbing as you're doing now isn't going to help you get staff - it's a method that's been tried a lot, and the staff team can see it when it's there.

Apart from that, it's clear that you don't have the maturity level to be a staff member; in addition, what are people going to think when they see someone with a name implying that they are trash?

I would recommend honestly speaking to your parents and gently reminding them that you don't need to be so heavily micromanaged. Trust me, once you enter your teen years, you are going to want more and more freedom. Revealing your age does not compromise your personal safety, it just makes it seem like you are too young to participate in a community to some people.

With age comes maturity, and with maturity you'll be able to be a staff member. I don't feel like that time is now for you, though. -1

Plus, If you can't give your age it means you're probably really young, or your parents don't trust you or I just don't like your parents.

I totally get where you are with the Discord thing, I came from your same boat. When I was staff I found a time to surprisingly do my interview(s) and join in on some discussions. I know it's hard but using Discord is actually helpful for staff meetings and suggestions etc and it is really good for yourself to get into. Also the interview would be more viable if done via voice because staff would know it's genuinely you speaking, not some other person you got to type or do the application. Staff use to tell me this and I found it stupid but once I had been there done that it made a lot of sense...

Seeing the screenshot above from Courtney, it is unacceptable to do that, especially when no staff are online. It shows immaturity. A mature person would have not participated in that chat or told everyone to shut up (not really lol) but I feel as though if you become a staff now you're gonna have this immaturity sticking to ya and you are gonna feel like you are gonna abuse the chat filter sometimes. It's nice to play around but doing this proceeding to an application isn't right. (capps in general tho, N O T G O O D)

Anyways you seem really positive but the app was short and you seem quite sensitive. Apologies if this offends you or you were sad about something else but that time when Meznik (or someone else i forgot) and I were in a bedwars game and you wanted to join in, we said we were in the middle of the game and said we'd add you to our party once we done but then you went on about how we didn't want you because you were bad at it, then instantly left. Being staff means you are gonna go through a lot of ups and downs and you are gonna have to get through it and with this attitude, clearly you cannot. But apologies again if it wasn't about bedwars and something affected you in life etc, apologies.

Don't feel down about negative comments, don't feel like they are gonna taunt you forever. They are there for improvements, that's what these votes are for, the staff decide who's gonna be staff. Keep your head up, accept the comments! If you feel too much backlash from people without being able to take it in you should wait to apply later, because you are bound to get backlash when you are a staff member.

It's hard stuff but it's a great experience to be on the staff team and you are going down the right track. Just work on your weaknesses and what everyone has pointed out and you'll be on the road home! Just some words of advice from me. I feel like you were kinda how I was like before I applied but you can do it!

For the bedwars part it's not that time specifically it's just previously people say they would add me then they just say nvm and I always get left out in those games that's why I said that

 

The way you say "I am not allowed to leak age, sincere apologies", paired with how incredibly rude and annoying you can be in /g are both big reasons to just say -1
