Introduction: Most likely, you may be thinking, who is this kid? Well, I'm Johnsey, I've been extremely active throughout most of Meep's existence. But recently I have taken a lot of time off to focus on life and enjoy other things. I've been around on meep forever, been thru every event on the server and still stuck around. There aren't many people still around from 3 years ago when Meep was in it's beginnings.

I really don't think it's necessary to tell you about my personal life facts as it doesn't really add any important information in my application.

Why should you be Helper? There are several reason why I should be Helper...

Experience -

I know that most of the meep community are newer to the meep society and may not recognize my name, but I've been staff on meep for nearly a total of 2 years out of about 3 years on meep. I have all skills needed to deal with the stress as staff and knowing how to deal with all situations. During staff as meep, I developed my skills the most during MN because although the staff system was kind of corrupt it let lower staff make changes and prove they were capable of being a leader to the server. This let me prove to the new co-owner CrueltyGaming that he could put the 'Skyblock' in my hands to develop it to the needs of meep. During that time, I made nearly 100 new challenges for the future/new skyblock update. Now, the next event that let me gain tons of essentials skills for such a big server was during meeps prime, when we were hitting 800-1000 players for a few weeks, I gained the skills how to handle every situation, handling piles and piles of modreqs to dealing with minecraft players that don't know the essentials to minecraft itself. I was also lucky enough to get invited by Fuzzlr to develop 'new meep' with a small team of others, behind the scenes we remade meep completely while MN was still up. Within those 48 hours I was brought in, I did all task that were offered and I had time for. This was setting world guard boundaries to protect the entire spawn and setting up regions for staff and donors, to setting up shops, and of course testing all features in the server so we could launch as soon as possible. I have experience nearly all parts of meep, from handing the technically parts to dealing with others.

Dedication -

I am dedicated to meep. Want to know how and why? Throwback to like 4+ years ago... I was playing on a towny server that was hitting 100 players top, after a while I dominated the economy, had everything I wanted, and completed the minecraft itself; so it was time to move on. That's when I found meep and ever since I've only played on this server, I don't dedicated my time to any other community. I've stuck around through all meep's struggles and 'revolutions'. What else shows dedication? When nearly 50%+ of meep left through all the revolutions and I'm still here. I am dedicated to leaving my presence on meep and hopefully to make it better and positivity in the community. When I was invited to remake meep, I was up for 48 straight hours working my butt off for the community, so was many other staff at the time. I care about everything that happens on meep and will do anything to make the best meep.

Connected -

One thing that I think it's key for staff to do, is stay connected with the community. This is posting weekly update post, shouting in shout, and being involved in everything possible. I know that staff are busy with 'staffing' the server, but growing the server in a positive factor needs connected staff. If we have staff that aren't connected to the community meep will not grow in the direction we are dreaming of. I've seen meep hitting 100 players to 1000 players. Know why we hit 1000 players? All staff were connected with the community and involving themselves in all events and situations.

Activity

In the past if you worked with me as staff or was around when I was staff and really active you would know that I spent my whole day providing for the server. Although my activity lacks right now, my activity will shoot up to the projected hours I filled out above in the application. I was always active on teamspeak, forums, and all aspects of the server. You may not see me on the forums, but even during my low activity, I've always been sitting on the forums reading about meep and knowing what is happening.

What are your weaknesses? Activity currently is extremely bad because I have been busy in life, now that school is over. Since summer is over, I am able to dedicate myself again to such a wonderful community and hopefully have a impact of growing it.

Familiar with current staff stuff is lacking right now because I have been out of the loop for a while, this is easy to pick up on if I was to get staff as I would learn all new punishments and how they do certain things fast.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Through out my time on staff, I've made tons of mistakes like any others, but thats the key factors to how it shaped me today to be a leader and posses many skills to deal with such situations. I would love to join the staff team and share my experiences and skills with other staff to grow the staff team itself. I see so much potential for meep, but they have to know when and what to certain things. I think I can have a voice for both staff and the community. As staff I will always think of the community and how they would feel if staff roll out new things or if they take away certain things. That is key for us. All you haters listen up! You say "He's not dedicated to the server" or "You're not active enough" stop, like now. Correct me if I'm wrong but this man joined the server 3 years ago and he is still here. Not many people can say that. Speaking as one of the only other people who has been here since the beginning, you've always shown a passion for this server and we're an amazing staff member in the past.

This server was used to be different, and i even dare to say it used to be better. People like this were the reason why.
So I'm giving you a big fat +1 because we need people like you.
