I've expressed my opinions on this multiple times on your profile. You're mature when need be, active, dedicated, and friendly.

I also know who you are, which is a jumpstart on three current helpers.

I honestly didn't think you would put in a staff application. But now that I look at it, you are really helpful.

Your app was amazing, you clearly put effort in it with good reasons for your why section. I really enjoyed reading your app and you are very active in game.

Introduction: Hi, I'm Olivia, alot of you know me by Speedy. I've played Meepcraft for about 1.5 years, and, through that time, it's become an addiction. I enjoy sports like Track, Baseball, and Soccer. I take guitar lessons and am I trying to learn Japanese by watching Anime, hasn't exactly worked out.

I'm the youngest in my family, all of us having been homeschooled. I go to a school at 1:00 and take Gym as well as English, in addition to my homeschool curriculum. Because I’m the youngest in my family, I learned from my older siblings’ mishaps and “oopsies”. This is most likely why a few people think I’m a bit mature for my age.

My favorite part of Minecraft is most likely PvP. I enjoy building and mining, but my all time favorite would have to be PvP, even if I’m not the best at it. My second favorite thing to do would be making money.

I’m artistic, I enjoy drawing and writing stories, along with sometimes baking. Sometimes I enjoy editing anime pictures to make them look like a character I thought up. I’m not one to completely freak out over new clothes, but I admit, I enjoy a new shirt every once in a while. My favorite meals are Turkey pot pie and a good old burrito.

Why you should be Helper? These are a few of my main reasons. I love the server, and would love if I could be a part of a team focused on helping it grow, even if I only got to do little things.
Dedication-
I love the server, and am extremely dedicated to it and any responsibilities I may have in the future. I will perform these responsibilities to the best of my power, doing each of them with all my might. Since I started, I’ve been on the server almost every day, non-stop. It’s been an amazing experience, something I’ll never forget. That’s one of the reasons I’d like to help the server in any way I can.

Work-Ethic-
I have an extremely good work ethic, getting as much done as I can, as well as I can. I enjoy completing work, as it gives me a sense of relaxation.

Activity-
Since I’m homeschooled, I’d have plenty of time to help out. I can usually hurry and finish school quickly if I need to. If I’m needed to finish earlier and get online, I can usually do that.

Expierience-
I know I picked “No” for the “Have you ever been a staff member on another server?” but that’s because the server I was “helper” on hasn’t gone public. I resigned, and am no longer a “staff member”. I helped start up that server, and in doing so, learned quite a few commands. It was about 33 pages I knew. (Each page containing about 6 commands.) Therefore, I have some experience, although not a boat load.

What are your weaknesses? Defensive-
I tend to take the offensive when trying to protect friends from being hurt or bullied. This could sometimes become an issue if it gets out of hand, as I may be at fault, but usually I solve it logically and attempt to stay calm. A situation where this comes into play would be rare, so it’s not extremely important.

Arguing-
If I feel I am completely right, I sometimes argue, trying to share my thoughts and how the subject plays in my mind. Again, I usually do stay mature when doing this, and I try to debate rather than argue.

Outspoken-
I can be outspoken at times, but this issue isn’t very big since, when typing, I have time to think through what I’m saying.

Age-
A few people may not want a younger player watching what they do and being in a position of authority. I’ve been assured this is not an issue, but it’s something I still feel is important to look over.

Becoming a Helper is way more than people liking you,if that was the case I would be mod by now atleast show some sign that you actually wanna help & that you're dedicated

Speedy is one of the nicest girls in the sever, yes, she can sometimes be immature but I believe that can be improved on. I saw her on teamspeak not too often well because of my timezone and she has school duties. I'm on a +1 from now on. Good luck
