ENI, you do know that it said in the Tips that "I want to help." is something that the staff labelled as "That's the point.", right? Even check the Tips for applications, they are sick of hearing "I want to help.", just so you understand why she doesn't say that line.

 

The Pmx issure- CrazyClaire was pmx's alt. I had an idea that it was him, but I understand there was a chance it couldn't of been and I know I shouldn't of done that either way.

I was NOT telling him wrong commands for my own pleasure - I was just saying that because I was trying to get him to join my town, as he had joined peper's. I don't understand how I had ever trolled newer players, can I have an example?

I didn't respond because whatever I said it was going to sound like I was defending myself too much so I just ignored it, for now. I would of brought it up if there was an interview to explain.

This issue was already resolved, with a supermod.

I know I had just came back, and I guess I need this application to work on things. I understand all that you've said and I'm really sorry if I've disappointed you.

No, I am not applying to be staff just for the fun of it. I enjoyed helping others on the server, and wanted to do that again.

I understood the just coming back part but I felt that I was fine, and had someone confirm that. But now I know I do need some time.

 

Don't apologize to us. There is no way you can go back in time and fix that. Don't try to make people happy to become helper again. Not saying that you are desperate, but this does signify that there is some desperation here and putting yourself out there does not mean that you should become a helper once again.

I once did wish to apply for helper, and I took it very seriously, determined to grab the attention of the community! I even had around 2 1/2 pages on google docs... But, I wasn't confident... I really did think that the community would give me lots of negative responses...
So, I delayed that, and indeed I still am. Don't desperately post an application assuming that your history can cover it all. They are looking for people that put in effort into their application-and if you really do want to help the community again, then I suggest working towards that goal over time...

Yes, I posted that because I know I need some time, I even stated that. I was not trying to cover the issues said so I still have a chance for helper because I honestly don't want to be on the staff team right now since I want to be at top notch before applying again. Even if I do that.

As per usual I dissect the application and see any errors in syntax, grammar, and organization of the application. The less red within the quote, the better your app is (at least in my opinion).
