-1. Panda, you and I are great friends and I appreciate our friendship so much, however, I refuse to be bias. To be quite honest, I expected more from you. The application was rather short and I found that it didn't really answer many of the questions I think we should know. Your maturity is questionable in certain situations and I worry it could affect your performance as staff. You're truly a great person who has a lot of potential but you are not proving to the community that you are willing to make an effort. Your teamspeak activity is also not too great from what I have seen. I personally think you should give yourself at least a month to prove to everyone what potential you truly possess. Talk to me on skype if you have any questions or if you'd like tips regarding this
