Ok, so what I mean by "depends" is that I will use teamspeak under special circumstances. These include no "squeakers", not so much casual talk and that people will not judge me by my light voice. The last one is sensitive to me and I hope people do not judge me because of it.

This alone makes me give a -1. You don't really seem dedicated to the position and the fact that you'll refuse to talk to younger children via voice is kind of pathetic, imo.

I am well aware I am a staff member I am also aware I am supposed to give reasons - I had to go and I was going to post my reasons when I got back on, which is now.

The reason I gave you a -1, Nicolas, is because your application was short and it was rather weak. I do believe you have potential, however, you didn't prove that my assumption is true. I find that your introduction was not enough to make me feel like I know you on a comfortable level. I don't really know you and maybe some others don't either so explaining who you are and what qualities you possess is crucial for us to at least get a better understanding of who you are. Your why section was good, however, it lacked a better explanation of what you'd offer to the team. Your weakness: I understand that you may experience anger occasionally, and I am glad you are capable of pointing out your weakness. However, you did not state how you'd face this weakness in a more civil manner if you could say that.

Overall, the application was just too weak and it needed to have a better explanation of why you'd be a good asset to the team. I also believe you should spend more time on teamspeak if you get the chance and communicate more on forums and other aspects of the server. I greatly believe you have potential, I'd just like to be proved right
