I +1 your app nick for a couple reasons and I will tell u those.
pros/improvements I think u have made
1. your aren't as impatient as you where when I first met you
2. your nicer at first when I met u you wernt so nice but as time went by and we became friends or whatever we are but now u are nice to everyone from what I seen I was in your town for awhile but had to leave due to me buying a town but before that I seen u help someone I forget there name but tbh I woulda got mad as hell at them cuz how they where acting but u handled it better then me and handled it better then most people would have tbh..
3. you got more mature then u where when we first met I will say sometimes but very few times now u are immature..
4. your help a lot of people on global chat/msg....
5. very active even tho the past couple days I haven't been on a lot when I am I see u on and helping when u can.
6. there are many other reasons but I wanna get to the cons about you which to me there isn't many but 2 or 3...
cons I think you have
1. I don't think u help as much as you know u can sometimes..
2. I'm afraid that once u get helper u wont help as much as u did before u got it but i only think that because u seem to really want helper i really want staff to, the reason why i told dblosevn to get ride of my app because my grandma got sick and i really don't think id be ready for it there is a lot of cons about me i need to work on and i know u got some that i haven't seen that u need to work on to everyone even fuzzlr has atleast 3 cons but that's just how i think...
3. i think your app coulda been longer then it was.

Your fine. I mean I'm not gonna bother writing everything because it's been said previously. Your work and effort is obvious, and you meet all of my standards of what a helper should be in my mind. However, I think you try a little too hard. I mean, I know you want this position but the desperation is leaking out. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that your only desperate but I feel that it should be more natural instead of strained. In my eyes, this is how I see you acting on a daily basis. Tbh this doesn't make you not fit. You clearly demonstrate everything and I'd definetly like to see you become a helper again. +1

 

Nick, I have not known you for very long but I do have a few things to say.
I have to be a -1 because:
- I do see you help but you only help in periods of time. Like Chaos said you do helping spikes but then you just stop helping.
- I think you're sort of a kiss up. Yes, you're sweet & kind but when you asked me to 'Meep date' I was really doubting your maturity. Sure, it's fun for some people but I personally think it's annoying. I know I said yes and blah blah but I can't stand saying no to people when they are put in a hard spot. I know you had a lot of trouble asking me and all but honestly, I don't know. I just find it extremely immature. I have another example, yesterday when I had to show you my new town you were acting normal but then when you realized Junelawnchair was there you would start being extra kind & happy and helping out/chatting in global chat. Maybe that's just how I feel? I do have strong opinions on that kind of stuff. I really don't like two-faced people. I don't feel like I can trust them.
- I don't trust you for some reasons you already know yourself. I don't feel like I have to say much more about that but I really wouldn't trust you as a staff member. You lie way too much imo.
- I hate when you exaggerate over small stuff. Like, it's just that and there is no need to act up the way you do.

I have just not had the best moments with you and I just don't think you're ready for this at all.

I hope we can still be friends even though I have now told you how I feel.

You always greet me and talk to me, and you're a helpful and approachable guy.
I think that part of the helper exp, and growing as staff is learning to cope with negative things, such as how to handle negativity, nastiness, and whatnot.
But the best place to start is as a friendly, approachable player.

I am an assistant in your town and I know you are great at town commands and overall interacting with players. You are always so welcoming to new players and a joy to be around. Sometimes though, you can be a bit immature. I mean, I'm not one to judge, and it's not bad immaturity so that's not much of a weakness, but I think you should have included that and a few more thing under weaknesses. I know you're a little doubtful when it comes to writing, so this was pretty good! I think you're ready to at least get a shot at interview. +1

+1, some people are just nice to be around and Nick is definitely one. He is a friendly guy, and his first impression impressed me a lot. He is always cheerful ingame, and I see him online very often. I haven't seen anything negative about him yet, and this is why I think he might be a good Helper, but I can't say if he has improved since his last application, as I did not play when this must have happened. +1 from me

Theres no way to put how amazing nick is. hes showed me new prespectives to the world as well as introduced me to a whole new way of thinking. i would litterly die for him to become a helper. No offence to any staff but i think he would be a better helper than all of them combined. He is truly the best person ive ever meet. Hes also the most amazing meeper ive ever seen. I approve of him being a helper by all means. Hes possibly the greatest person i will ever meet.

 

OMG YES! Nick is one of the most helpful people on Meep. He, as well as some people, totally deserve Staff Rank. +1. Helpful, considerate, friendly, active, mature, a friend you can rely on. I've been friend of Nick for a while now, and i've never seen him in bad attitude, like angry or something. Always trying to increase the status of the Meep Community. Nick is one of the few people that actually is an asset to the Meep Community, and I'd be glad to see him in green chat color.

You've been such a kind and helpful person to me, and you're one of my closest friends. Honestly, you're a great guy and I'm glad you've decided to apply for staff.

Hai Nick, I'm happy you applied again. I am going to act very professional on this application, and there are going to be some things you may not like, I hope you can put that aside and hear me out and that you will still consider me as a friend.

They're a couple things that you have done in the past-now that are holding you back.

-Being angry and being impatient with others; this is a big deal, you have had many instances where you have hurt others such a extent of insulting and telling @Dawn to kill himself after he -1'ed your application. You were impatient getting a rank from a close friend didn't realizing he got offline because of an emergency dealing with an power outage and the safety of unborn eggs. Ultimately losing all of the eggs in the incubators, you used me to get through the friend in this rough time, You have a tendency to use people for your own advantage, not considering their current position.
(If you want more information about what happened with @Dawn don't be afraid to chat with him)

-Activity has gotten better, I don't hear you talk in teamspeak as much as I'd like you too, it looks like you are just listening to other players conversations. Also you are a very "Clicky" person, you don't venture out to chat with new players so not many new players know anything about you.

-Application; You plagiarized your 1st application, the past 2 (including this one)
are weak, unimaginative and short.
Your weakness part, I believe that there's more to that than just patience, I feel like you should have been honest with yourself.
Having more than one weakness isn't considered as bad, it shows that you know what you have to do so you can do better.
I expected a better application from you, considering that your goal for being a "Meepcraft Helper"

At this point, I'm assuming that you just want the title. Every time you apply for helper you "help" for a bit but as soon as it gets denied you stop helping. You stop interacting with the community for weeks on end.
You kiss up to staff like crazy, something I don't appreciate or any staff for that matter.
I honestly think you are not ready to be helper until all problems are addressed, and you are overall a honest and truthful person.
Please understand I am not against you, I am merely here to tell you what you need to work on.

Some of these notes were stated before, and I don't mind restating them.

-1.

-You plagiarized on your first application. You addressed this in your application, but it's a lot more serious.
Plagiarism throws trustworthiness, work ethics, as well as your dedication out of the window.

-The application is very weak.
The weaknesses section shouldn't be something that is just there to look at. If you put your *honest* negatives inside the application, it is much better than hiding stuff from others.
Knowing you have weaknesses is a large jump to fixing those weaknesses. Furthermore, although the community may know you, weak introduction. That just shows to demonstrate that effort wasn't given into the app. Using those facts, what does the writing show how you are going to work as a staff.

-Kissing up to people. I see it a ton.
If you truly want to get that position back, don't go out and try to make yourself look good. Work for it, and show people you are worthy through your actions, not your words.

-You don't really interact with the community as much as one should.
Your activity is alright, but you just stay with the same people, not really venturing out to help others.

-You are very impatient and have a short temper.
It seems as though the reason for application is not to help out the community, but instead to promote how you look.

I would expect much better from a potential staff member.
