I specifically waited to post on this app to see what others thought. I honestly was thinking it'd go in the consecutive +1 direction. Hm.
I personally will give you a +.5. Upon seeing your app, it seems you kind of ignored me on half the points I made about it when I was trying to help you, and that kind of annoys me. I've already went through it with you so I won't bother doing it again.
You're a really, really nice guy and I think you have potential to be a good staff member, though.

Hi, NewZealand, despite us knowing eachother for quite a long time, unfortunately at this time we must deny this application. This is mostly due to the past attitude/maturity issues. While this may very well be an issue of the past, we need to more to see that, and make that judgement confidently.
