It was all mainly attitude issues which still do come up, but as far as Im aware no one has had a recent problem with me which is why I decided it was a good enough time to apply again. :]

Although I think you are absolutely ready, qualified, and deserving of becoming staff the one thing you need to refrain from is sarcastic forums comments that inadvertently cause flame wars.

I don't understand why your last application was denied. You have the experience, you know what to do as a helper. You will be a great asset to the team. You won't need training which takes some time that you can use for solving /modreq's or just helping in shout. Like seriously, this should be accepted right now. +1 from me!!

So excited to see that you applied again! I think your app is beautiful and you've really tried to improve. all I can see is improvement. Maybe a few bumps in the road here and there, but overall, there's been such an incline in your attitude towards others.
It's been amazing getting to see you develop your personality and skills over the past few years. I honestly think that you will make a great asset to the team.

-You have a lot of integrity, and that is the number one thing I look for in people.
-As far as social skills go, you're learning to hold your tounge. At this point the speaking aspect can only get better.
-You are under no circumstances gullible. You have a strong sense of justice, and you will not let the baddies get away with things they shouldn't.
-Muunkee is very unbaised, and doesn't let drama or media get to her head.

I'm going to -1 because I'm sure that after 2 demotions the staff understand why you aren't suited for this job. You are so desperate for staff as well. You have applied at least 20 times, and to me that's not persistence, that's just being desperate. You already report anyone for any little thing so I really don't want to see you with actual power.

 

My last demotion was a year and a half ago - I'm sure you can understand that a lot has changed in that time period. A lot. I've learned from my mistakes and I will not make them again.

I think this one's 19, but yeah I'll agree with you there. But I'll say again that the vast majority of these were over a year ago. Imo it's not really relevant anymore. Just because of my past doesn't mean I'm bad and desperate currently.

I don't think I've reported more than a half dozen people since my last demotion. I also don't understand how this is a bad thing as long as any of the reports are valid.

Your worries are somewhat valid, but the fact is is that I've changed SO much in the past year and a half. I'm trying not to be offensive or whatever here, but I think you simply have too much bias against me and that's why you're bringing up little things and bad things that have happened a long time ago.

There is so much of a difference between the me now and the me a year ago. I understand why I was demoted both times (I don't even think I was even a little qualified for staff the first round I freely admit, lol. )

I will not argue against constructive criticism, but I don't think you're quite right in your worries. I'd like us to make up and work past our issues together. ^.^ Hope to see you in game.

 

I still have no belief that you can keep up the proper attitude for as long as it takes. Sorry to be blunt, but I figure you appreciate honesty. I have no vote, prove me wrong.

 

I don't think I liked how you handled your last denial--until staff went in and cleaned it up, you were posting some things I wouldn't want to see from a staff member.

However, everything else about you tells me that you'd make a good staff member, and at any rate you'd do better than half the staff we currently have.
